This website deliberately does without tracking: no cookies are set, no analytics tool (e.g. Google Analytics) is used and no visitor profiles are created. Personal data is processed exclusively in the cases described below.

3. Hosting

When you visit this website, the hosting provider processes technically necessary server log data (e.g. IP address, date and time of access, page visited, browser type). This data is not combined with other data sources and is only stored to the extent necessary to ensure operation.

4. Appointment booking (Google Calendar)

If you book an appointment via the booking form, the data you provide (name, email address, selected appointment, optional message) is processed in order to create the appointment in Google Calendar and send you an invitation. In doing so, data is transferred to Google Ireland Ltd. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures).

5. Contact by email

If you contact me by email, your details (email address, name, content of the message) are processed to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry).

6. External content and links

This website links to external services (e.g. LinkedIn). When you follow these links you leave this website; the respective provider is responsible for data processing on the linked pages. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts to display the typography; in the process, your IP address is transmitted to Google.

7. Your rights

You have the right at any time to access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing of your personal data as well as the right to data portability (Art. 15–20 GDPR). You can withdraw any consent given at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (www.dsb.gv.at).
